How to request deletion of your account data
You can delete your harcer.am account and all associated data at any time.
Open the app, go to your Profile screen, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and associated data, including your name, email, quiz results and learning progress, and your AI Tutor conversation history.
Send a request to support@harcer.am from the email address associated with your account, asking us to close and delete your account. We will process your request and confirm within 30 days.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel any subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription transaction records may be retained by Apple or Google in accordance with their own policies.
